FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS AND MOBILITY-IMPAIRED USERS
Jacksonville Municipal Stadium, the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena, The Times-Union Center for Performing Arts, The Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville, the Jacksonville Equestrian Center, and the Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center meet or exceed all structural and service requirements as stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Restrooms, drinking fountains, phones, ATMs and counters are accessible to guests with disabilities. Additional services are listed below.

ACCESSIBLE TICKETS / SEATING
Wheelchair accessible seats are available in all price levels. One companion ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair accessible ticket. Please indicate when buying tickets if you require accessible seating. You may purchase handicapped-accessible seating in person at the Box Office during normal business hours or by calling (904) 630-3900.

Equestrian Center Box Office hours are 10am-5pm the week of the event only.

ACCESSIBLE DROP-OFF
The preferred drop off location for the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena is at the corner of A. Philip Randolph Blvd. and Duval Street.

SERVICE ANIMALS
Trained guide dogs or service animals are permitted to assist guests inside the arena. If special accommodations are required for your service animal, please notify us at the time of ticket purchase. All other animals are prohibited.

ELEVATORS
Elevators are located throughout each venue when necessary for wheelchair access to all levels.

TELEPHONES
Accessible telephones are available on each level. TDD machines and volume-enhanced phones are available. At the Equestrian Center, phones are available in the Administration Office.

EMERGENCY EVACUATION
Staff members have been trained in emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures. Key employees are assigned to assist patrons with disabilities to safety.

FIRST AID
A full-service first aid station on the arena concourse will be supplemented by roving emergency medical technicians. Please contact an usher if you need medical assistance.
